I reached out to Meghan because I was desperate for a full night's sleep. My twins were 4 months old and waking frequently. I had experience sleep training my older daughter, but all the methods that worked for her did not work on her twin sister. When we first started working with Meghan, she listened to all our schedule needs and concerns: the fact that the twins were going to eventually share a room with their older sister, and that we needed all 3 kids to nap at the same time in order to stay sane as a family. So she made us a custom plan and we went right to work. Throughout the process we made several adjustments, and Meghan was in constant contact along the way. I was always able to text when I had a question, and she checked in daily when things were rough. In the end we achieved all the goals we set at the very beginning and now all my kids are sleeping happily together in one room!!!

Meghan was AMAZING to work with! My 14 month old was not sleeping in his crib at all. His naps were next to my husband and I in our bed and at night he would stay in his crib for no more than an hour and then we would co sleep in our bed! We literally had no life. We created some bad sleeping habits during quarantine and it kept getting worse and worse. The best decision I ever made was contacting Meghan. I wish I would have done so sooner. She emailed me back right away and we got started. My son started sleeping within ONLY 3 nights! She created a schedule for us that worked so well.
