My goal here at Little Baby Big sleep is to get your littlest addition sleeping soundly and in turn getting the rest of the family back on track. I know this can be an exciting, exhausting, and challenging time in your lives. Let me help take some of the guess work out of it. I want to support you in your journey to making baby a pro sleeper. With my help we will get your baby sleeping and get you and your partner the rest and alone time you need to be successful in your parenting journey. It’s a long and thrilling road, folks! My major regret is not calling Meghan sooner! Someone else described her as some sort of magic sleep witch and they’re right, she is amazing!

I joined all the Facebook groups, combed through all the blogs, followed all the Instagram accounts, paid SO much money to buy allllll the classes — I spent literally HOURS trying to learn about baby sleep. I thought I knew wake windows and sleep schedules and bedtime routines, etc etc but no matter what I tried, I couldn’t get a nap longer than 30 minutes from my 8 month old. I was starting to think that he was just a baby who didn’t nap well and that was that. It was making our days rough, affecting bedtime, and I was feeling so so desperate!

Meghan had his first nap at 90 minutes like the first day. She adjusted his schedule just so and was a consistent voice of reassurance throughout — she tweaked the plan as we went and IT WORKED! I was able to text her any time I had a question or a concern and she was so quick to respond. I knew she was checking on our sleep log all the time too so I didn’t feel alone or overwhelmed at all when I wasn’t sure about something. After our time was up, she even followed up to check on him… while she was on vacation.

Our days are so much smoother, my kid is so much happier and well rested, and I am free from obsessively researching baby sleep. Hard to put that kind of gratitude to words- Meghan is the BEST!

I cannot recommend working with Meghan enough! We started working with her when my son was 13 months old, not taking naps, and waking up at 4:30/5am every day. She did so much to help us including getting him back onto a 2 nap schedule, no longer needing a bottle for naps, and falling asleep on his own independently in his crib. Getting him back on a solid 2 naps schedule helped resolve the early morning waking. Meghan was there with us every step of the way even when our son was being stubborn. She helped us tweak his schedule enough to where it finally worked for him and he was no longer constantly overtired. I could text her at anytime and she was always responsive so I got the help I needed in the moment I needed it. Working with Meghan taught us so much about sleep and our own baby. Shortly after we stopped working with Meghan he started to transition to one nap, and we were able to handle this with the help and knowledge she gave us!

I am not sure what type of witchcraftery Meghan possesses but she is magical. Our LO was steadily sleeping 5 hour stretches (at most) a night with 2 very short naps during the day at the age of 6 months. He soon began to spend less and less time sleeping at night and was veering back to his newborn routine.

I read all the blogs, I tried all routines with all the different “popular” methods with all the different sounds but it kept getting worse. A colleague recommended her and within 3 nights he was sleeping 10 straight hours at 8-1/2 months. At first I was a tad skeptical since everything was done virtually but it could not have been any smoother.

Now (3 months later), he is sleeping 12 straight hours at night and taking two 2-hour naps during the day. He may waiver from time to time but she has given us (and our baby) tools on now to navigate these temporary issues.

I must add that all of this was done with the obstacles of a seasonal time change, crazy holiday schedules, new found food allergies and a small illness. I cannot emphasis how well her method works.
